- Archive minutes of the Winter Executive Committee meeting when ready.

- Await the Spring Newsletter and post on site.
- Support efforts to promote annual meeting registration.
June – July
- Gather and update information to update the website following annual meeting.

- Archive minutes of Annual Business Meeting.
August – November
- Await the Fall Newsletter and post on the site.
- Archive previous newsletter.
- Configure, test, and activate RegOnline site for annual meeting registration.
- Configure, test, and activate online abstract center.
- Renew contract for web hosting and site maintenance.
- Monitor function of the Website.
